these sessions are done with massage cream
Acupressure- working points with thumb or finger pressure to release stress and pain
Cranial Sacral Balancing- working with cranial bones to balance and relax the body
Reflexology- working reflex points on the feet to relax the body
Reiki/Quantum Touch- energy work to balance mind and body-
these session are done with clothing on
Myofascial Release- works with connective tissue to release pain and increase mobility-
these sessions are done with little to no cream
Sound Healing- Using Tuning Forks for vibrational bodywork
Breathwork- Guided breath techniques to help release stress and emotional heal
